The University of Ghana Sensory Evaluation Laboratory will celebrate its 5th anniversary on the 30th September 2021.
The laboratory which was established in June, 2016 is the first ultra-modern laboratory of its kind to be established in West Africa. The main aims of the laboratory are to promote teaching and research. The laboratory also provides testing services to the food industry in Ghana and beyond.
