WHAT WE DO

Research Projects

Our research focus is but not limited to product evaluation, sensory methods evaluation and validation, food choice and appetite, product design and development and basic science of sensory perception.

Collaborations

We have the facilities to work with both internal collaborators (units or departments within the University of Ghana) and external collaborators (research focused organisations outside the University of Ghana

Testing Services

We provide a wide of range of services including discrimination tests, descriptive tests, consumer tests, training services and technical solutions like product development and design.
